“The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated that while driving home at 25 MPH, the rear brake hose ruptured. The brake pedal was depressed, but the vehicle was slow to respond. The contact was able to stop in the driveway. There were no warning lights illuminated”
“The contact stated that while starting the vehicle and depressing the brake pedal, the brake pedal went to the floorboard. The contact heard a popping sound coming from outside the vehicle and discovered that the brake hose had ruptured and was leaking brake fluid,”
