  • 11740984 There have been several false blind spot monitoring alerts since I received vehicle. It seems to get worse with time. Now on freeway trips it’s almost constant leaving no trust with alerts
  • 11706775 Multiple times when there is a car on my left or right blind spot and I am merging into their lane the warning does not go off and has caused me to nearly collide with the cars without my intervention. The warnings only work if the cars are behind me not adjacently

The fuel gauge in the instrument cluster may display an inaccurate fuel reading.An inaccurate fuel gauge may result in the vehicle unexpectedly running out of fuel and stalling, increasing the risk of a crash.Dealers will update the body control module (BCM) software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 24, 2025. Owners may contact Mazda customer service at 1-800-222-5500 Option 6. The manufacturer's number for this recall is 78251. The information in your report suggests that Mazda may have been aware of this issue more than five business days before filing a report with NHTSA.
