  • 11651156 September 02 2020 I noticed the glass rear window had separated from the soft top. Reported it to my dealer and the $6000 top was replaced under warranty because the glass could not be reglued to the top. In August of 2024 I noticed the same problem

  • 11697362 Loss of power steering, particularly mid-turn and at low speeds. Steering becomes very difficult and greatly increases risk of crash. I have had several instances where my power steering will go out mid-turn and the steering wheel becomes almost impossible to turn
  • 11653211 I got a message in the dash saying "service power steering".... then the steering wheel began to shake violently until I pulled the car off the road. After I shut the car off, the car was still shaking for a total of 2 minutes

  • 11710189 Lifter collapsed. Car had new gm lifters put in with a new camshaft in august of 2025 they have about 5k miles on them and failed they are the gm high performance lifters
  • 11666562 The oil pump failed which caused to replace the engine as the oil pump is located in the engine. Pieces of metal from the oil pump failure went into the engine which could cause serious crash
  • 11659685 The oil pump on this vehicle has gone out with 11,000 miles on it. This a known problem from GM and they will not fix it. I am being told my car is out of warranty so no luck

The plastic "Camaro" emblem, located on the steering wheel air bag cover, may separate during deployment of the frontal driver air bag.In the event of a crash, plastic pieces of emblem may act as projectiles from deployment of the driver air bag can increase the risk of injury.GM will notify owners, and dealers will replace the frontal driver side air bag module, free of charge. The recall began April 14, 2021. Owners may contact Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020. GM's number for this recall is N212327220.

The electric power steering (EPS) assist may fail.A loss of power steering assist can require greater steering effort, especially at low speeds, increasing the risk of a crash.Dealers will replace the power steering gear assembly, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 15, 2025. Owners may contact Cadilac customer service at 1-800-333-4223 or Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020.
