11450980 Fuel tank shuts off the gas pump no matter how much gas is in the tank. Faulty fuel tank vent (purge) value is causing the issue. This is a known issue on Mini's. A voluntary recall has been issued for 2016 Mini's, but this problem is also happening on 2015 Mini's
